The Men’s Squad is looking to continue to build upon its strong performances at Henley Royal Regatta, including the final of the Wyfold Challenge Cup in 2021. It has serious ambitions to return to the winners’ podium and add to the current club tally of six HRR wins.

For adults early in their rowing careers, our Novice squad are coached to develop technique, and start racing, supported by a structured training programme. More information can be found on our Men’s and Women’s Squad pages. Novice rowers are those transitioning from our (or a comparable) Learn to Row Course

The Women’s Squad continues to perform at all the major events, with two crews finishing in the top 50 of WeHoRR 2023 and prequalifying for the Wargrave Challenge Cup at Henley Royal Regatta.

The Women’s and Men’s Masters’ Squads train to compete at Veteran Fours Head, Veteran’s Head of the River Race, British Masters Championships; and to put in strong showings at Henley Masters Regatta and even the European and World Masters Championships

The Recreational squad are an active and diverse group, rowing socially in stable boats and sometimes competing locally.
